Frequently Asked Questions

Classikly is a premier peer-to-peer classic, vintage, and exotic vehicle platform operating across the UAE and GCC. We facilitate verified self-drive rentals, chauffeured experiences, static photo/film hire, and title-escrow vehicle sales acquisitions.

Every host and vehicle undergoes verification prior to activation. We inspect official vehicle registration (e.g. UAE Mulkiya), chassis authenticity, and owner identity to ensure marketplace security.

All transactions are managed through secure Stripe vaults. Rental amounts and refundable security deposits are pre-authorized rather than immediately billed, ensuring complete fund protection until the host confirms and handover begins.

Yes. Vehicles marked with the "Self-Drive" badge are available for personal driving. Renters must provide a valid UAE Driving License or recognized International Driving Permit alongside a valid passport/ID.

Chauffeured bookings allow you to sit back and experience the vehicle with an experienced professional driver. This is our most popular option for weddings, VIP corporate arrivals, and scenic desert or city tours.

Yes. Many vehicles offer "Static Display" rates tailored for commercial video productions, brand launches, and editorial fashion shoots without running road mileage.

A temporary pre-authorization hold is placed on your card prior to vehicle delivery or handover. The hold is released upon safe return and inspection of said vehicle.

Yes. Hosts and logistics partners offer flatbed and enclosed transport delivery to your home, hotel, or production set across Classikly.com network.

Every reservation includes 24/7 dedicated classic car roadside assistance. If a vehicle cannot continue, our concierge team immediately steps in to supply a comparable replacement or execute a full escrow refund.

On listings marked for sale, click "Submit Purchase Inquiry / Make Offer". Our portal will faciliate the exchange of details and offers through secure chat and email.

Listings indicated with a "Negotiable" badge welcome reasonable purchase offers. You can submit your target price directly through our secure negotiation portal.

Click "Host a Vehicle" in the top navigation, upload high-resolution images, set your daily/hourly rates or asking price, and submit your registration documents for verification.

Rental payouts are automatically initiated via Stripe Direct Deposit 24 hours after a booking starts smoothly. Sales proceeds are held in escrow and released upon verified title re-registration.

All active rental vehicles must have comprehensive insurance coverage. Hosts can also stipulate specialized chauffeur-only policies or static photoshoot limits. Insurance is the responsibility of vehicle owners solely. Theft and/or Accidental damage to the vehicle must be fully covered by such insurance. Classikly.com recuses itself from any such responsibilities.
